Video / Switchers

Two professional video production control panels, one stacked on top of the other, featuring various buttons and controls for audio, video, and effects manipulation.

A switcher is a device that receives video inputs from several sources to produce a single output. Switchers allow the user to switch between the these inputs in realtime to create dynamic-looking video from a variety of angles.

Many models also contain options to alter the transition from one feed to another, such as through a fade or slide, as well as overlay pre-made graphics, such as a logo or interviewee’s name.
