  • The first time you rent from us, you will need to bring:

    1 — Your Australian passport (dated up to three years after the expiry date), a valid foreign passport, an Australian driver’s licence from any state, or another form of ID that consists of your full legal name and photo; 

    2 — Recent proof of your address, on a utility bill, bank statement, or any other equivalent document no older than 3 months which consists of your name and address; and 

    3 — Your credit card details if you’ve booked over the phone

  • We require a Security Deposit or Pre-Authorisation of funds for your booking which will be kept by us until all the equipment is returned. The Security Deposit will be returned to you after allowing for us to properly assess and test the equipment at the end of the hire.   • If you damage or lose the equipment, you will be requested to pay for their repair or replacement.

  • If you have opted to purchase a Damage Waiver during the booking process, any costs incurred to us due to accidental loss or damage will be capped. Read our Hire Agreement for a full description of the Damage Waiver.

  • For your first booking, you will need to register an account on our online booking system. This happens at the start of the checkout process. When you come to pick-up your order, you will need to bring your photo ID and recent proof of your address.

  • Yes, although we have additional requirements. First, send us your photo ID and proof of your address via email, then let us know the name and contact phone number of the person collecting your order. The person you nominate will need to bring their photo ID, too.

  • Yes, there is 1 hour on-street parking available on Chapel Street and Carlisle Street and there are multiple free public car parks by the Coles and Woolworths within walking distance.

  • If you return your order late, you will be charged $20 for every hour you are late unless agreed to by us in writing. We understand that life can take unexpected turns, so please give us a call to let us know if you’re running behind time.

  • If your equipment breaks down while out on hire you should contact us immediately via phone or email and we will find a way to remedy the situation.

  • If you need to cancel your booking last minute (within 24 hours of your booking commencement) you will be charge 50% of the total hire. If you need to cancel your booking before then, you will be charged 10% of your booking and a $10.00 administration fee.
